We are currently seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
You would get to work on a range of clients and project types from boutique to blue chip so you will need to love the ‘different strokes for different folks’ approach.
We would love someone who has a strong understanding of digital media, web design & development, technology, and client management. Someone who would be a major player in helping create and manage innovative, creative and engaging digital solutions with a particular focus on web design and development projects. You will need to show proven project management techniques and experience within this space.
We are looking for people who can help strengthen long-standing relationships. Who can creatively and strategically demonstrate problem-solving skills while effectively managing clients and projects that ensure our deliverables are on time and within budget.

The role is primarily a client facing role that combines building relationships and delivering profitable digital work, all the while integrating with the wider team.
You will report to an Account Director and Operations Director and will work across several of our key agency clients, as well as be involved in the pitch process and pitch days.
The day-to-day activity on key accounts will include strategic and creative development of website projects, content creation and management, as well as the implementation of other ad hoc duties.
Part of your remit would be to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders/clients on a daily basis.
You will be expected to keep up-to-date on the latest digital trends and help generate innovative ideas to solve our client’s challenges and briefs.
You will work with the team to create project briefs and timelines, engage in weekly client status meetings, create project reports, and monitor project resource allocation, timelines and budgets.
6+ years of account management within a digital agency or similar.
Experience working within web design and development from concept to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent deportment and presentation skills.
You must also:
Love a good pitch.
Have lots of enthusiasm, lots of energy.
