Ebow The Digital Agency is trusted by our clients to create and implement their social media strategies. Our high profile, award-nominated, work has been seen by huge sections of the Irish population. Social is an integral part of our business and we’re looking to grow it further in 2023!
We are now looking for a talented social media specialist to join our agency team. You will collaborate with account managers and our content team on strategic planning and will create, schedule and report on social media campaigns for a variety of clients across all the main platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Perform research on the behaviour and interests of target audiences, industry and global trends
- Communicate with our clients and collaborate with Ebow’s internal team
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement social media strategy to align with client business goals
- Plan, create and schedule high quality organic and paid content in line with the strategy
- Brief and collaborate with the design team to create visual content
- Report on campaign performance
- Communicate and present to existing and potential clients
To fill this role you will need to have:
- 2 – 3 years experience in a social media role, ideally for an agency
- Expertise and knowledge of organic and paid social media across the major platforms
- Knowledge of the major platforms, their features, policies, best practice, and set-ups
- An ability to work within restrictions and with brand guidelines
- Experience communicating your ideas and creating social media strategies
- Copywriting skills which incorporate an understanding of diversity, inclusion and equality
- An understanding of the interconnectivity of social media to other digital channels
- An ability to switch between clients, campaigns and areas of focus easily
- Certifications from the major platforms
- Experience presenting proposals in both formal and informal settings
