Ebow is one of Ireland’s longest standing independent digital agencies and we are always seeking talented, motivated and professional PPC / Paid Media Specialists to join our multi faceted creative digital marketing team.
Someone that loves the non stop world of paid digital media and the challenge of getting the best results for a select number of clients to join our expanding team and diverse client base.
The Role
Everyday SEM / Social bid management and opportunity spotting.
Getting better results then the competitor using research and benchmarking.
Daily recommendations of budget allocation.
Seeking and finding opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
Setup of new search and display campaigns that achieve super results.
Ongoing conversion tracking & optimisation with the wider Ebow team.
Flexible working arrangements, bonus holiday days and a new Macbook Air.

Getting involved in pitches and receiving a bonus when you manage one and win.
The Requirements
Google Adwords certified (search & display).
Experience working with paid social advertising.
Minimum of 3 years experience managing performance media budgets for an e-commerce business.
Previous experience working in a digital agency.
Possess strong analytical mindset and the ability to work under time pressure during the digital olympics that is the Black Friday period. (You gotta be in to win it!)
Previous experience working with data analytics software and reporting tools.
Organisation, account and strong communications skills.
Lots of enthusiasm, lots of energy.
