You would get to work on a range of clients and project types from boutique to blue chip so you will need to love the ‘different strokes for different folks’ and ‘learning from all angles’ approach.
We would love someone who has a good understanding of technology, digital production and client management whilst helping create and manage innovative, creative and engaging digital solutions.
We would like someone who can help maintain long-standing relationships, someone who can creatively and strategically learn problem solving skills while effectively managing clients.

The Role:
It is primarily a client facing role that combines building relationships and delivering profitable digital work, all the while integrating with, learning from and working beside the wider team.
You will report into your Account Director and will work across several of our key agency clients in addition to other clients as well as be involved in the pitch process and pitch days.
The day to day activity on key accounts will include strategic and creative development of marketing campaigns, website project management and implementation of other ad hoc duties.
Part of the remit is to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders daily.
Keep up-to-date on latest digital trends and help generate innovative ideas to solve out clients challenges and briefs.
Create project briefs and timelines, engage in weekly client status meetings & create project reports, monitor project resource allocation, timelines and budgets.
The Requirements:
2+ years of account management within a digital agency or similar.
Experience working within design, development and execution from concept to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
You must also:
Love a good pitch.
Have lots of enthusiasm, lots of energy.
