The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the planning, development and implementation of client solutions.
Provide leadership and expertise to define specifications and Statements of Work.
Manage multiple projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results.
Liaise with design and development teams.
Effectively communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date on latest technology solutions in the market to generate innovative ideas to solve business challenges.
Day-to-day managing of clients in regards to project expectations, timing and risks.
Create project briefs and timelines, drive weekly client status meetings & create project reports, monitor project resource allocation, timelines, budgets and provide on-going project risk management.
Collaborate with design and development in creation of proposals and/or project documentation.
The Requirements:
4+ years of project management / account management within a digital agency or digital marketing team OR 2 years of project management experience within a management consultant firm with previous client management experience.
Experience leading and directly managing design, development and execution from concept to completion.
Client management experience in written and verbal communication and/or across project deliverables.
You must also:
Love a good pitch.
Have lots of enthusiasm, lots of energy.
